PhD student in Morphofunctional Sciences at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo, and a Biomedical Science Bachelor from the same Institute, she has qualifications in Histotechnology, Teaching in Anatomy (ICB USP) and Imaging, with emphasis in Nuclear Medicine (InRad HCFMUSP). During graduation, she investigated neuronal circuitry of the social defense behavior in male mice, at the Functional Neuroanatomy Laboratory (ICB USP), where he is currently researching the neural circuitry behind sexual behavior and maternal aggression in female mice.
