Madson Pena is a Control and Automation Engineer from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He was a FAPESP fellow (2019/2020) and CNPq/PIBIC fellow (2020/2021) in ascientific initiation project in the area of photovoltaic systems optimization, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marcos Julio Rider Flores. At the same university, heparticipated in the extracurricular project UNICAMP E-Racing from 2018 to 2020, obtaining the national title of the Formula SAE competition in the Electric category in bothyears.As an intern at CPqD (2020/2021), he worked on a defense telecommunications project, focusing on the integration between software and hardware developed in the project. Since2021, he has been working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, the world's largest e-commerce platform, where he designs, develops, and implements robust, scalable,and global software solutions to solve business problems.
