Carolina Fioroni Ribeiro da Silva

Postdoctoral fellow under the CAPES-Humboldt Research Fellowship Programme for Postdocs at Heinrich Heine University (HHU). PhD in Physiotherapy from the Postgraduate Program in Physiotherapy at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFScar) (CAPES Concept 7) and Specialist in Neurofunctional Physiotherapy - Children and Adolescents, certified by the Brazilian Association of Neurofunctional Physiotherapy (ABRAFIN) and the Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (COFFITO). During his doctorate he received a scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). She completed his doctorate in Italy at the IRCSS Fondazione Stella Maris institution. She has a Specialization in Intervention in Neuropediatrics (XVI CEIN) and Improvement in Early Intervention at UFSCar. She was supervisor of the Practical Course for Improvement in Early Intervention, at the Center for Studies in Neuropediatrics and Motricity (NENEM), at UFScar. It presents the following lines of research: neuropsychomotor development, infants exposed to risk factors, typical and atypical neuro-sensorimotor development: characterization, detection and physiotherapeutic intervention, biopsychosocial approach.
