Doctoral student and Master at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Araraquara campus. Currently developing doctoral thesis, with financial support from FAPESP (São Paulo State Research Support Foundation), on the manifestations of trans identities in Portuguese-language literatures in the 21st century, with a focus on Portugal, Cape Verde and Brazil. During the master's, I wrote a dissertation on the representations of trans identities in 20th century literature, notably the novels "Orlando" (1928), by Virginia Woolf, and "Orlanda" (1996), by Jacqueline Harpman, receiving financial support from CAPES (Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel). Graduated in Letras - Portuguese / English languages and cultures (2016) by the same institution, including a term at the University of Louisville, USA (2014). His interest is in decolonial studies in the fields of queer theory, transecology, animal studies, ecological perspectives on queer theory and the work of Cassandra Rios. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
