Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos, with a one-year internship at the Colorado Center for Advanced Ceramics in the Georges S. Ansell Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines (USA). Holds a Masters degree in Science with an emphasis on Microelectronics from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and a degree in Precision Mechanics Technology from the São Paulo State Faculty of Technology.Extensive experience in advanced materials characterization techniques, primarily scanning and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and associated techniques. Specialized in the synthesis, processing, and characterization of ceramic materials, and also possesses knowledge in heat treatments, metallography, destructive and non-destructive mechanical testing of materials, ionizing radiation dosimetry, and luminescence dating techniques. Holded the position of Development Analyst at the Nanomaterials Division of the National Laboratory for Nanotechnology (LNNano), part of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) between 2019 and 2025, working mainly with scanning electron microscopy and its associated techniques (EDS, EBSD, TKD, ESEM, STEM, etc.).
