Experience in the Environmental area, with planning, coordination, and management of international and interdisciplinary teams and projects, preparation of technical reports, presentations, lectures, training, and classes. Leadership skills and team motivation with a focus on results. Experience with diversity, sustainability, and social responsibility guidelines. Theoretical and practical knowledge of legislation and environmental enforcement, statistical data analysis, and R language applied to Data Science. Ease of communication, quick adaptability, and learning agility to solve both technical and interpersonal problems (conflict management), with internal and external stakeholders.
