Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP). Holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Joint Graduate Program (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP), a Masters degree in Political Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), and a Bachelors degree in International Relations from the State University of Paraíba (UEPB).In 2022, he was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Kent, where he conducted academic activities across its campuses in the United Kingdom and Belgium. Currently, he is a research fellow at the South American Institute of Politics and Strategy (ISAPE) and the National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU). In 2024, he served as a Guest Lecturer in the Graduate Program in Geopolitics of the Contemporary World at PUC Minas.His research focuses on energy geopolitics, the foreign policy of Russia and the United States, and the dynamics of Russia-Europe relations.
