Graduated at Food Engineering (1999) and Master degree in Post-Harvest Technology (2010) at the Agriculture Engineering Faculty from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Certified by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) as a Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) and specialization in Packaging Technology by the Japan Packaging Institute (JPI). Packaging Reseacher (PqC V) in Transpor and Distribution Packages at the Packaging Technology Center (CETEA), and also Director of the Technological Innovation Center (NIT) of the Institute of Food Technology (ITAL).
