She is a PhD student in Urban and Regional Planning at FAUUSP and has a master's degree in Territorial Planning and Management from the Federal University of ABC. Since her master's degree, she has been carrying out research into violence and the production of peripheral space. An architect and urban planner from the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo (IAU USP), she has carried out research (PIBIC and FAPESP) into evictions and land regularization. She did a research internship at the EVS-RIVES Laboratory at the École d'Amenagment Durable de Terriores (ENTPE) - Université de Lyon, France.
