Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel), Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He is a specialist in Physiatry/Veterinary Rehabilitation from Bioethicus Institute, Botucatu/São Paulo, Brazil. He got his master's and PhD degree from the Animal Biotechnology Graduate Program at School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, UNESP, Botucatu. Large animals surgery is his concentration area, with an emphasis on Regenerative Medicine, Tissue Engineering, Nanotechnology and Biomaterials. Attended as a veterinarian to a professional fellowship at the equine hospital PferdeKlinik Meerbusch GmbH, Meerbusch, Germany. Postdoctoral Researcher in Medicine in the area of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Translational Medicine at Faculty São Leopoldo Mandic, Campinas/SP. Researcher responsible for projects related to Veterinary Regenerative Medicine at 3D Biotechnology Solutions (3DBS), Campinas/SP.
