Alex Ranieri Jerônimo Lima

Bioinformatics Researcher at Instituto Butantan, working in Genomic Surveillance with a focus on the evolution and spread of SARS-CoV-2, Dengue, and Influenza viruses. Holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences (UFPA, 2013), M.Sc. (2015), and Ph.D. (2019) in Genetics and Molecular Biology with an emphasis on Bioinformatics, all from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA).Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Cell Cycle Laboratory of Instituto Butantan, integrating epigenetic and metabolomic data from Trypanosoma cruzi.
