I am a postdoctoral researcher in Ecology at UNESP-Rio Claro, contributing to the FAPESP Thematic Project "Contributions of Payment for Environmental Services on multiple dimensions in the Atlantic Forest." I completed one year of postdoctoral research at the Federal University of Goiás. I hold a PhD and Master's degree from the Graduate Program in Ecology at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a sandwich PhD at LInstitut de Systématique, Évolution, Biodiversité, Muséum National dHistoire Naturelle in Paris, France. I have a degree in Biological Sciences (Bachelor's and Teaching) from UNICAMP, with a sandwich undergraduate period in Ecology and Environmental Studies at the University of Liverpool. My current research focuses on understanding the factors and processes that influence species distribution patterns, addressing topics in community ecology, macroecology, and biogeography. I am also interested in the structure of frugivorous butterfly communities, biodiversity monitoring, and conservation. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
