Pedro Xavier Rodriguez Massaguer

Business Administrator, I completed my Master's and Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy at UNICAMP (2013 and 2017). My academic research focused on innovation management and the development of systems for the selection and evaluation of Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) projects. I hold a specialization in Strategic and Economic Management from FGV (2015) and am an associated researcher at the Laboratory for Studies on Research and Innovation Organization (Geopi) at UNICAMP.I have experience in the development of technology-based companies and startups, as well as in innovation projects within the biotechnology sector. I am the co-founder and Director of Strategy and Innovation at 3D Biotechnology Solutions (3DBS) and Labtermo Microbiological Consulting.3DBS is a startup focused on tissue engineering, specializing in the development of biofabrication technologies and the creation of in vitro models for toxicology studies and scientific research. Labtermo Microbiological Consulting provides consulting and assessment services to the processed food industry, focusing on the biological and physical validation of production processes.I also serve as an innovation project evaluator for the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES) and am a member of the scientific committee at Dimension Sciences.
