Birthplace: Brazil

Bachelor's degree in Physics with an emphasis on Astrophysics from the Federal University of Itajubá (2008), a Master's (2011), and a Ph.D. (2015) in Astrophysics from the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). She was a postdoctoral researcher at the National Observatory (20152019), where she served as a Visiting Professor for over a year (20172018), and at the Institute of Physics at the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2019. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher and Collaborating Professor at INPE, having been ranked first in the selection process for the position of Adjunct Researcher at the same institute (11/2024; specialization: Cosmology with observations and modeling of the CMB and/or the study of the 21cm transition of neutral hydrogen). She has experience analyzing temperature data from the cosmic microwave background (CMB) and 21cm cosmology, also focusing on the use of weak lensing galaxy catalogs for cosmological constraints and the study of the potential of future CMB polarization observations, extensively utilizing machine learning tools.
