Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas (FFLCH)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

In 2018, I completed a doctorate in philosophy in applied ethics at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Julian Savulescu. I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Sao Paulo, researching the implications of virtue theory and moral status to modifying moral dispositions with technology. In between, I was a researcher at an institute aimed at reducing existential risks (BERI) for a year. Before my doctorate, I founded and directed an NGO about ethics and technology. I have taught a wide range of students on subjects from early modern philosophy to applied ethics to philosophy of science. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
