I have a bachelor's degree in Biology from the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (2005). I completed a master's degree (2015) and doctorate (2019) in Biological Sciences (Genetics) at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" UNESP, Botucatu Campus (SP), and a post-doctorate at the "Luiz de Queiroz" College of Agriculture from University of Sao Paulo. I have experience in the areas of Gene Editing via CRISPR/Cas9, Molecular Genetics of Plant Development, Molecular Biology of Plants, and Animal and Human Cytogenetics. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
