Professional experience in Computer Science with an emphasis on Logistics services and laboratory information management. I worked in several sectors such as mining, petrochemicals, chemicals, cosmetics, retail and textiles. Knowledge in logistics distribution, production systems, logistics systems, reverse logistics, supply logistics, Theory of Constraints (TOC), LIMS and ELN laboratory systems, Project Management with PMI and Scrum, Product Management, Software Engineering, software oriented services (SOA), requirements gathering and specification, knowledge management (GC), business management, strategic management, strategic intelligence, business intelligence (BI), process management (BPM) and process annotation (BPMN). Technical knowledge includes relational databases (SQL) of SQL Server and Oracle technology, programming in python, c, php, basic and markup languages like html, xml and csv.
