Fernanda Stussi Duarte Lage

Former member of ?Biodados? Lab? (http://biodados.icb.ufmg.br/) under the supervision of Prof. José Miguel Ortega. Bachelor and Master's degree were obtained at Federal University of Minas Gerais (Universidade Federa de Minas Gerais - UFMG). Master studies comprehended the Neighboring-Nucleotide Effects on Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in five different model organisms. Has experience in Bioinformatics with python, SQL and Perl languages, research involving text mining, development of pathways of bionteractions, determination of ancestry and last molecular function especially in cancer-related phenomena and mechanisms of stress response in plants with Arabidopsis thaliana as a model. Currently in technical training at the Genomics Research Center for Climate Change, conducting research focused on genome-wide identification, expression profiles and regulatory networks of kinases and phosphatases in plants.
