Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from FGV/EAESP and a masters degree in Public Administration and Government from the same institution, specializing in the qualitative evaluation of public policies and programs. Currently works in the Strategic Planning and Actions Advisory Unit within the Department of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Viral Hepatitis, and Sexually Transmitted Infections, part of the Secretariat for Health Surveillance and Environment at the Ministry of Health (Asplae/Dathi/SVSA/MS).Previously, served as a consultant in evaluation and qualitative methodologies at Motriz (formerly Instituto Gesto and Vetor Brasil), contributing to the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research division of the Fortalecer Program, which supports states and municipalities in designing and implementing Strategic People Management policies in the public sector. Also served as a research consultant for the Presidents Friend of the Child Program (PAC) at the Abrinq Foundation, addressing UN Sustainable Development Goal 2, with an emphasis on children and adolescents.Additionally, conducted research on projects related to Hepatitis C, COVID-19, and teacher absenteeism. Her main areas of interest include Strategic Planning and Management of Public Policies, Public Policy Evaluation and Monitoring, Public Health, and Reproductive and Sexual Health.
