Ana Paula Ribeiro Freitas

PhD in Social History from the University of São Paulo (2015), Master in Economic History from the University of São Paulo (2009). Bachelor's degree (July/2005) and Bachelor's degree (May/2006) in History from the Federal University of Viçosa. She is a Higher Level Technician (Technician in Educational Affairs) and Permanent Professor of the Professional Master's Degree in Cultural Heritage, Landscapes and Citizenship at the Department of History at UFV. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Eighteenth Century Studies and a member of the CNPq Observatório Atlântico research group. He was a member of the research group CNPq: The Negotiated Empire: political representation and institutionalization of powers in the Brazilian State in the 19th century (2006-2015) and of the research group CNPq: Family, Gender, Age Groups and Social Mobility in Historical Perspective (2017-2020). She was a teacher in the early years of Elementary School (2000), a public school teacher in Minas Gerais (2006) and a teacher in the graduation course in history in the Ead modality at UFV (2013-2014). Since 2012, working in projects to organize and digitize historical collections (18th-century house in Mariana, Piranga Forum Collection, Viçosa Forum Collection, UFV Historical Archive, ASPUV Collection). Coordinated the PIBEX project to organize the Central and Historical Archive of the UFV and worked on other extension projects. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;History, with an emphasis on the History of Minas Gerais, working mainly on the following topics: Political Representation, Teaching History, Memories, Identities and Urban Landscapes, History of Cities and Critical Studies of Cultural Heritage.
