Graduated in Pharmacy at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (2013), Master in the Postgraduate Program in Biotechnology at the same institution in Biotechnology Applied for Human and Animal Health (2015) and PhD in #8203;#8203;Industrial Biotechnology (2019) with internship at the University of Nottingham (2018-2019). Her research line is: natural product chemistry (identification of bioactive compounds), evaluation of biological activities (antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and allelopathic) and development of nanostructured systems (nanoemulsion, micelle, liposome and polymeric nanoparticles) where she develops professional and academic interests. She has experience as a substitute professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, teaching classes of Quality Control of Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics, Water Quality, Physicochemical and Analytical Chemistry.
