Veterinarian with a degree from the State University of the Midwest (UNICENTRO-PR, 2015). Completed a residency in Veterinary Clinical Pathology with a focus on Molecular Biology at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR, 2016-2018). Earned a Masters in Veterinary Sciences from UFPR in 2019, specializing in One Health. In 2021, completed a Clinical Microbiology specialization at Universidade Positivo (Curitiba). Holds a PhD in Veterinary Pathology from São Paulo State University (UNESP-Jaboticabal) with a research stint at Tulane University (New Orleans, USA). Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC/PR, Curitiba). Research interests include preventive veterinary medicine, hemoparasites, vector-borne diseases, immunology, clinical pathology, molecular diagnostics, and microbiome studies in vertebrates.
