Ph.D. candidate and Master in Collective Rights and Citizenship from the University of Ribeirão Preto (UNAERP). Holds a Bachelor of Laws from the same university. He is a professor at UNAERP. Member of the research groups Constitution and Citizenship and Constitutional Jurisdiction and Protection of Collective Rights, certified by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). During his undergraduate studies, he received a Scientific Initiation Scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) and served as a teaching assistant for the Constitutional Law course in UNAERP's Law Program (2018/2). He is part of the following collegiate bodies at UNAERP: Humanities Area Committee, Law Program Committee, Scholarship Committee, and the Council for the Graduate Program in Collective Rights and Citizenship. He serves as assistant editor for the Paradigma and Reflection and Critique of Law journals. He coordinates the extension project "Communicating Rights to Society."
