Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from São Paulo State University (UNESP). Currently a Master's student in Biochemistry at the Institute of Chemistry (IQ) of the University of São Paulo (USP), focusing on Molecular Biology and Biochemistry of Trypanosomatids. Research emphasis includes the investigation of cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of thymidine analogues used to monitor DNA replication. Previously conducted undergraduate research projects at the Department of Structural and Functional Biology, Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu (IBB). Experienced in the fields of Trypanosomatid Genetics, with a focus on fluorescent methods for monitoring DNA replication; Structural Biology; Cell Biology and Biochemistry; Developmental Biology; Reproductive Toxicology; and Prostate Carcinogenesis (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
