Graduated in Biomedical Sciences at the Federal University of Mato Grosso (2013) and PhD in Microbiology and Immunology - McGill University (2019), working mainly on the following themes: cell signaling, T cell activation, human immunology and immunology of mother and newborn. Qualified to act in medical laboratory science areas such as: hematology, immunology, parasitology, urinalysis, microbiology and biochemistry. Relevant technical experience includes expression and purification of recombinant protein in bacteria; Western blot (total proteins and phosphoproteins); protein electrophoresis in polyacrylamide-SDS gel; electrophoresis of nucleic acids on agarose gel; RT-PCR; transformation into bacteria by heat shock; isolation of membrane lipid fractions; ELISA; in vitro cell/tissue culture (primary cells and cell lines); flow cytometry; confocal microscopy; live cell imaging; animal experimentation (mouse); genetic editing with CRISPR/Cas9; scientific writing in international standards; molecular biology: cloning, construction of plasmid vectors, PCR; activation of immune cells; production of lentiviral particles; transient and stable transfection in eukaryotic cells; and immunoprecipitation.
