Agronomist Engineer with master's degree in agronomy, both titles obtained at the University of São Paulo (ESALQ-USP). Project Management Specialist, certified by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and Change management expert / HUCMI. She has 13 years of experience with research and development projects in small and multinational companies, working mainly in the following areas: industrial biotechnology; microbiology; fermentative processes; quality management (5S, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP) and environment (ISO14000); regulatory affairs (CTNBio and ANVISA). She has been working for 3 years as a Coach, specialist in Neuro Linguistic Programming, focusing on self-knowledge as a way to promote her clients' personal and professional development, and also as a consultant assisting in the implementation of projects in the area of biotechnology.
