Birthplace: Equador

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Politécnica del Ejército - ESPE (2011), as well as a Master's and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Telematics from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2014 and 2019, respectively). During the Ph.D., he was a visiting researcher at Laval University (Québec, Canada), where he applied Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to pattern recognition in mobile communication systems, channels, boards, and electronic components. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Artificial Intelligence at UNICAMP, funded by Samsung Brazil Amazônia, developing deep learning solutions for computer vision applied to anomaly detection in industrial processes. This work led to a patent application in Brazil and the United States. In recent years, he has transitioned his career to software development with a focus on blockchain, leveraging his strong technical background and experience in artificial intelligence to create innovative solutions for both public and private networks. Currently, he works as a blockchain engineer, contributing to projects that explore the interactions between blockchain and artificial intelligence, as well as the development of efficient decentralized systems.
