Graduated in Business Administration, with an MBA in Marketing. He has over 30 years of experience in team leadership, project management, product development, strategic planning and business units management in national and international companies. In 1994 he created the brand ?Smiles? for the mileage program of VARIG (Viação Aérea Rio-Grandense), the largest mileage program in Brazil, currently a company owned by Gol Linhas Aéreas. In 1996, he coordinated the BBS (Bulletin Board System) ?Bolsa de Negócios? in the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE-SP), later migrated to the Internet, developed to enable B2B (Business to Business) businesses to a base of 30,000 companies. Developed and implemented the first SEBRAE-SP Internet and Intranet sites and the second e-commerce site in Brazil, SEBRAENet. Designed and implemented the ?Best Program?, a complex operation based on an e-commerce website to identify, improve and market products of small Brazilian companies to the North American market, with sales of US$ 2 million in the first year. He participated in the development team and managed the Export Technological Support Program - PROGEX, a project developed in partnership with the Technological Research Institute (IPT) and the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP), to provide access to innovation and technology for small exporting companies, which received the ?Highlight Technological Award" from the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2001. As Executive Manager at SEBRAE-SP, he coordinated the consulting services, education, credit, technology and innovation and knowledge management departments and articulated relationship networks with customers, suppliers, universities, technological centers, financial institutions, federations and government authorities in Brazil and abroad. Developed models and implemented corporate knowledge management processes, focused on the information needs of customers and the client organizations. Developed and implemented projects for business process automation systems in large companies. Represented in the State of São Paulo the Export Promotion Agency (APEX) and was a member of the National Network of Foreign Trade Agents. He designed the model and articulated the implementation of the first Brazilian export consortia. He led multidisciplinary teams in high-level corporate negotiations. Member of the Board of Directors of Centro São Paulo Design (2002 to 2005). Member of the Investment Council of Banco do Povo Paulista (2002 to 2004). Member of the State Tourism Council (1989 to 1991). Director of the Brazilian Chapter of the International Congress and Convention Association - ICCA (1988 to 1990). Managing Partner, Agência 2M4A and Managing Partner IAssist Tecnologia, a startup created to develop Health Care Artificial Intelligence systems.
