I have a degree in Biological Sciences and received a specialist degree in Microbiology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - Brazil. I have a master's and a doctorate in Cell Biology also from UFMG. I worked as a postdoctoral fellow and Collaborating Professor III in the Department of Immunology of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (2021-2023). I am currently a research fellow at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. I have experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Cell Biology, Morphology, Histology and Immunology, working on the following themes: cancer, metabolism, and the immune system.
