PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of São Paulo (USP), with an exchange period at the University of York (UOY), UK. Master's in Sociology from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and Bachelor's in Social Sciences from the same institution, with an exchange period at the Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO), Mexico. Researcher at the Center for the Study of Violence (NEV) at USP and collaborator at the Laboratory of Studies on Security Governance (LEGS) at UEL. Research interests include policing and security, both in the public and private sectors, as well as at local and global levels, in addition to issues related to illicit markets and organized crime.
