Holds a bachelor's degree (2011), master's degree (2015) and a doctorate (2021) in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo. Served as a postdoctoral researcher from 2022 to 2023, where he worked for the World Wide Web of Plankton Image Curation (WWW.PIC) project.
