Juan Prete Tojeira Ramos is interested in Linguistics and Portuguese Language, with emphasis on Phonetics, Phonology, and Computational Linguistics, in dialogue with Natural Language Processing (NLP). His main research focuses include: (1) prosody of Portuguese; (2) computational modeling of prosody; and (3) generation of prosody in speech technology systems based on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
