PhD candidate in Communication at the Faculty of Architecture, Arts, Communication and Design (FAAC) of the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (Unesp) Bauru Campus. Holds a Master in Media and Technology (PPGMiT) (2023-2024), having developed the project "Accessibility in/of internal communication with people with visual impairments in the organizational environment" and a bachelors degree in Public Relations from the same university. PIBIC-Rectorate of Scientific Initiation Scholarship (2019-2020) in the themes of Intercultural Communication, Intercultural Competencies and Internationalization Processes. FAPESP Scholarship (2021-2022) for Scientific Initiation (process number 2021/02603-0), with the project "Communication with Employees in the Pandemic: perceptions on the impact of home office on organizational culture". PIBIC-CNPq Scientific Initiation Scholarship (2022-2023), with the project "The role of Public Relations in the inclusion of people with disabilities: a systematic review". Vice-header of the Language and Accessible Media Research Group (GELIMA) and of the Study and Research Group on Media Literacy and Educational Public Relations. Has experience with Accessibility, Inclusion, Disability Studies, Public Relations, Organizational Communication and Internal Communication. Coordinated the Administration, People Management, Internal Management, Audio Description, Internal Processes and Research teams of the Education, Research and Extension Laboratory in Media and Accessibility "Biblioteca Falada", where he was also vice-coordinator. He carried out short-term research in France (2025.1) as a Visiting Researcher within the scope of the PRESPOL project - "Promoting the economic autonomy of handicapped people through employment and social policies", of LIEPP - Interdisciplinary Laboratory for the Evaluation of Public Policies of SciencesPo - Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris. He is currently developing the doctoral project "Paths towards accessibility and inclusion in the field of Organizational Communication and Public Relations: interfaces and possibilities from internal communication" with a CAPES scholarship.
