Isabel Almeida Bender Verrone

Double bachelor in Science and Technology and in Neuroscience from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). Completed three undergraduate research projects: one in neuroscience with a focus on decision-making, and two in psycholinguistics and the neuroscience of language. Participated in an academic exchange program at the Universidad de la República (UDELAR), Uruguay, where she conducted research on gender and mathematics learning. Currently a Master's student in the Graduate Program in Neuroscience and Cognition at UFABC, investigating neural connectivity in illiterate individuals using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
