Iago Marichi Costa

Visiting Researcher at the Center for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies (CICANT/Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa) with the Internship Project "Creation and counter-dynamics: between arts and trans politics in Portugal" (2023), under the supervision of Daniel Cardoso. Graduating in Social Sciences from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) with an emphasis on Sociology, Anthropology and Political Science. Is also a member of the Intersectional Gender Studies line of the Interfaces group - Nucleus for Sociopolitical Studies on Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence, headquartered at the same institution. Scholarship holder for scientific initiation at the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) with the project entitled "Bodies that {trans}bordam: the agency of individual experiences in 'queer' art".
