Birthplace: Brazil

Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2020), including a research internship at the Donadeo Innovation Centre for Engineering (ICE), University of Alberta (Canada). He also completed an academic exchange program at the University of Bologna (20132014), Italy. From 2023 to 2024, he carried out a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at Imperial College London (UK). He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Food Engineering, UNICAMP, funded by FAPESP. Previously, he held a postdoctoral position at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, UNICAMP (CNPq fellow, 16 months), and served as a substitute professor at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) in the area of Transport Phenomena. His scientific activities have resulted in 54 peer-reviewed articles and 5 book chapters. He has also filed one patent application with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). In addition, he serves as a reviewer for several international journals and as guest editor for Ultrasonics Sonochemistry and Discover Electrochemistry. His research experience spans electrochemistry, bioproduct recovery, wastewater treatment, bioenergy production, and the valorization of organic solid waste. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
