Mechanical Engineer from UNESP (2008), with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in the area of Materials and Manufacturing Processes (2010) and a Ph.D. in Manufacturing from USP (2013), including a sandwich period at the Manufacturing Automation Laboratory at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. Completed two postdoctoral fellowships in Production Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (USP), focusing on high-precision machining, difficult-to-machine materials, and Additive Manufacturing. Currently, he is a tenured Associate Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP), Votuporanga Campus, and a faculty member of the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at UNESP Ilha Solteira. He leads the Research and Teaching Center for Microfabrication (NUPEM/IFSP), developing projects in the fields of microscale machining, additive manufacturing of metals and polymers, hybrid manufacturing, and sustainable technologies. His scientific work ranges from surface integrity control in micromilling to the development of micromolds and manufacturing strategies for functional components, with applications in biotechnology, materials engineering, and advanced manufacturing processes.
