Postdoctoral researcher at the Brazilian Center for Planning and Analysis (CEBRAP), in São Paulo. PhD in Political Science from Institute for Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ). History degree (2007) from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and Masters degree achieved in the same university (2010). I am currently a affiliated to the Center for Law and Democracy (NDD) at CEBRAP. I have also worked as a researcher at the Center for the Study fo Congress (NECON) and at the Observatory of the Brazilian Legislative (OLB), bot at IESP-UERJ.
