Mateus Carvalho Azevedo

Physician graduated from the Ribeirão Preto Medical School USP, currently a resident in Otolaryngology at the Hospital das Clínicas of FMRP-USP. Throughout his academic journey, he gained national and international experience in emergency care and surgery, including an internship in the Otolaryngology department at Victor Babe#351; University, in Romania. Additionally, he participated in projects focused on leprosy, assistance to vulnerable populations, and public health education, reinforcing his commitment to social medicine and academic training. Active in scientific research, he has conducted studies on artificial intelligence applied to the prediction of endometriosis, presenting his work at conferences and publishing in international journals. He has also been part of academic leagues in surgery, pediatrics, and endocrinology, as well as serving as a teaching assistant in otolaryngology during his medical training.
