Beatriz Faustino Lima Mendonça

PhD student in the Genetics Graduate Program at the Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine - USP. Master's degree in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of São Carlos - São Carlos (SP), in the Graduate Program in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology (PPGGEV). Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rondônia - UNIR, "José Ribeiro Filho" campus - Porto Velho (RO) and a licensed in Biology from the University of Franca (UNIFRAN). I worked as a technician (technical training scholarship) in the project "Oocyte Epigenetic Maturation and Totipotency - The Oocyte Potential and its Relationship with the Ovarian Follicular Niche", undergoing next-generation sequencing (NGS). And I worked as a technician at the Multiuser Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology (LMBCM) at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). With experience in preparing libraries for next-generation sequencing (NGS) as well as in analyzing data from this sequencing and operating Illumina platforms, and experience in data analysis, library preparation for sequencing on the 3rd generation Nanopore MinION sequencer (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
