Currently is a doctoral candidate in the Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Society at the Center for Environmental Studies and Research (NEPAM), State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Bachelor of Philosophy from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC - 2006). Interdisciplinary Bachelor in Marine Science and Technology from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). Developed master's research on resilience of socio-ecological systems with a focus on ecological knowledge of small scale fishing communities in the Santos/SP estuary region under the guidance of professors Dr. Rodrigo Choueri, Dr. Melissa Vivacqua and Dr. Rodolfo Scachetti, in the area of governance environment, actors and interactions of the Research Laboratory on Sociotechnical and Environmental Interactions LISTA/UNIFESP. Currently developing research in the area of governance of ecosystem services related to forest fragments of the Atlantic Forest in the Campinas Environmental Protection Area under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Simone Aparecida Vieira and co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Cristiana Simão Seixas. Member of the Ecology and Ecosystem Management Laboratory (LEME), the Research Group on Conservation and Management of Commonly Used Natural Resources (CGCommons) and the Research Group on the Functioning of Tropical Ecosystems (FunTrop).
