Ricardo Corrêa Gomes was a visiting researcher at Georgia State University (2014). He has a PhD in Public Management from Aston Business School (2003), where he defended the thesis "Does Stakeholder Matter for Public Organizations?" He has a masters in public administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) (1995) and a major in Business at FESO (1985). He has a PQ-1D scholarship from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). He is an adjunct professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas School of Business and Economics, where he is Associate Dean of the Research Degree Program in Public Administration and Government. He retired as Associate Professor IV at the University of Brasília. He is an associate editor at the Public Management Review International Review of Administrative Science. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the following journals: JPART, Public Administration, International Journal of Public Sector Management and Finance and Accountability Management. He is an advisor for a doctoral degree and has mastered theses in public administration, stakeholder theory, public sector strategy, and public sector governance.
