Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Botucatu. Faculdade de Ciências Agronômicas (FCA)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Pursuing a Masters degree in Forest Science through the Graduate Program at the Faculty of Agronomical Sciences (FCA), São Paulo State University (UNESP), Botucatu. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Institute of Biosciences (IB) at the same university.Currently conducting research in plant eco-physiology, community ecology, and ecological restoration within the context of the Atlantic Forest. The research focuses on how microclimatic changes induced by restoration actions affect the eco-physiological performance of plant species and the dynamics of community recruitment. Previously conducted a study on biomass and carbon in restoration ecology, aiming to understand how wood density impacts biomass and carbon estimates, particularly in restored forests, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Vera Lex Engel, in collaboration with the Laboratory of Ecology and Forest Restoration (LERF), UNESP.In addition to these projects, has experience in ecosystem services research, phytosociological surveys, forest inventory, biomass and carbon quantification, physiological assessments, and microclimatic parameter evaluations. Also has experience in teaching and data analysis using R for research purposes.mic Sciences, UNESP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
