Materials engineer from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and Bachelor of Science and Technology from the same institution. His academic career includes experience in research and development of biodegradable polymers, having worked as a FAPESP fellow in the development of polymer blends for sustainable packaging.He has professional experience at LyondellBasell, where he worked on the development of polymeric compounds for automotive and non-automotive applications, focusing on formulation, characterization and testing on a pilot and industrial scale. It also has expertise in technical standards, failure analysis and process improvement.In addition to technical work, he developed skills in project management, team leadership and process automation.
