Cristiane Ribeiro Pires

Master's student in Political Science at the Federal University of São Carlos. She was a CNPq scholarship holder (2024) and is currently a FAPESP scholarship holder with the research "Generations or life cycles? Analyzing the effect of age on post-materialist and democratic values #8203;#8203;in Brazil". She is a member of INCT ReDem (Democratic Representation and Legitimacy) and works in the pedagogical coordination of LabPol. She is a member of NEPPLA (Center for Studies of Latin American Political Parties) and VOX (Center for Studies of Political Behavior). Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (2023) with a double emphasis on Political Science and Sociology, also from UFSCar. She was also a FAPESP scholarship holder in 2022 for the development of scientific initiation research on the presence of post-materialist values #8203;#8203;in Brazil. She works in the area of #8203;#8203;culture and political behavior. She has a special interest in the areas of distribution of values, generational replacement and democratic legitimacy.
