Bachelors and Licensed in Biological Sciences from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Holds a Masters degree from the Graduate Program in Ecology at the same university, with a dissertation focused on patterns and processes of diversification in Neotropical tarantulas. Currently a Ph.D. student in the same program, researching ecological and evolutionary dynamics and diversification in Neotropical ecotones. Has experience in the fields of ecology and evolution, working primarily on the following topics: systematics, biogeography, phylogeography, species delimitation, ecological niche modeling, and genotype-environment correlation analyses.
