Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Currently, he is in the doctoral stage as a scholarship recipient from the FAPESP funding foundation, within the Applied Physics to Medicine and Biology program at the University of São Paulo (USP). The research project focuses on a theranostic platform that integrates technologies including ultrasound, photoacoustic imaging, magnetomotive-ultrasound, and magnetic hyperthermia. In 2023, he was recognized with the Best Oral Presentation award at the XXVII Brazilian Congress of Medical Physics (CBFM), and in 2024, he secured third place in the competition for the best scientific pitch at the UFFC IEEE Latin America Ultrasonics Symposium. The academic journey includes obtaining a bachelor's degree in Medical Physics from the Department of Physics at University of São Paulo, located in Ribeirão Preto, in the year 2021. Throughout the undergraduate studies, he had the opportunity to engage as a Scientific Initiation researcher in the field of Optics, where the dedication was focused on exploring the properties of spectroscopy and diffuse reflectance. In a voluntary initiative, he developed an automation program that enhanced the techniques for collecting and measuring absorbance and scattering coefficients in the optics laboratory of the Physics Department at FFCLRP - USP. In 2019, he played an active role as a member of the Organizing Committee of the XVIII Medical Physics Week at FFCLRP. During the same period, he contributed as a voluntary researcher on the committee led by Renato Dimenstein, then-director of the Brazilian Association of Medical Physics (ABFM). This collaboration aimed to expand knowledge in mammography techniques, with the purpose of creating reference materials for the journal of the Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR). In parallel with the academic journey, he gained experience in the private sector, working as an Image Processing Assistant at BRLaudos Telerradiologia between 2018 and 2019. He also operated in the technology and Industry 4.0 scene, holding the position of Implementation Assistant at Bytebio between 2019 and 2021. In the year 2021, he was a founding member of an entrepreneurial initiative called VOLP, which aimed to develop solutions for social challenges, promoting a valuable connection between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Financial Institutions.
