Experience as a bioinformatics engineer in developing automated workflows for bioinformatics analyses using virtualization technology (Docker and Singularity) and automation technology such as Nextflow, implemented in high-performance environments like AWS and HPC. Experience as a bioinformatics analyst processing NGS data from clinical samples to find genetic variants of rare and hereditary diseases using software like GATK4 and others. Currently working on mapping the key functionalities of the infrastructures of platforms and repositories of major genomic and genomic medicine initiatives worldwide to support the future construction of the data repository and data platform for the Genomes Brazil Program.
