Technician in Environmental Control from Estácio de Sá University (2014 - 2015), Graduated in Biomedicine with qualification in Clinical Pathology from Universidade Paulista (2017 - 2020) . He carried out a voluntary Scientific Initiation in partnership with the University of Ribeirão Preto (UNAERP) at the Phytochemistry Laboratory and at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto (USP) at the Immunochemistry and Glycobiology Laboratory. Researched the antifungal activity of the plant Harpagophytum procumbens against different pathogenic fungi of medical relevance (Candida spp., Cryptococcus spp., Paracoccidioides spp.,) and its toxicity against the Galleria mellonella model. PhD candidate in Sciences with emphasis in Molecular Biology at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), he is currently developing three-dimensional lung and brain cultures to study the pathogenesis of Cryptococcus spp., in addition to working with the antifungal activity of peptides derived from Galleria mellonella. Has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Mycology, Microbiology, Alternative Models (Galleria mellonella, Danio rerio, Tenebrio mollitor, C. elegans and cell culture) working mainly on the following topics: cryptococcosis, cell culture in monolayer, three-dimensional and natural products.
