Thaís Billalba Carvalho

Graduated in Biological Sciences - Bachelor's degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002), degree in Biological Sciences - Degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003), Master's degree in Animal Biology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003). 2004) and a PhD in Aquaculture from the UNESP Aquaculture Center (2009). She is currently Associate Professor III at the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia and has experience in the area of Animal Behavior and Physiology, working mainly on the following subjects: aggression, social organization, dominance hierarchy, stress and hormones in fish. She is an accredited professor in the Postgraduate Programs in Zoology and Animal Science and Fisheries Resources at the Federal University of Amazonas. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
